What’s the last blog post idea you had?

The last blog post idea I had was doing a series about the book I’m currently writing once I finish the first draft! Is that something y’all would like to see? I would post probably every day for a week, with different posts relating to the contemporary novel!

What are your top 5 favorite desserts?

My favorite is definitely ice cream, but my other four are cheesecake (homemade especially!!), ice cream cake, brownies, and s’mores!!

Where would you love to travel?

Paris!

What’s the last app you used on your phone?

I actually don’t have a phone. I just use one of the computers I share with my siblings a lot, and my sister sometimes lets me use her phone too. I am currently using the WordPress app!

Do you like collecting stickers?

Not really.

If you could receive one present right now, what would you like for someone to give you?

Hmmm…there’s not really anything that I really need. Maybe some Coboo yarn, because I’ve really been wanting to crochet a top with it, and I don’t have any on hand right now. Or more Kasie West books!

Favorite animal to see at the zoo?

I like seeing all of them, but the elephants and giraffes are some of my favorites!

How long into the future do you see yourself blogging?

I hope to continue blogging through highschool, maybe also when I’m older, but I say highschool because I don’t know if I’ll have the time if I go to college and everything.

My answers

When did you start blogging? I first had a blog for posting essays for my school, but I don’t know if I would consider that blogging, because I kind of had to have that blog. I started this blog on July 1st, 2021!

Why did you start your blog? I started this blog, mostly just for fun! I wanted to write about the things I love, and share crochet patterns I create, so others can make them!!

What’s your favorite blog post you’ve written? I like the post “10 Random Things I Love ❤” because I like thinking about all of the little things that make me happy!

What are some of your goals for your blog? I’m trying to get to 100 followers this year!!

What’s your favorite thing, or things, about blogging? I like getting to know different bloggers, and I also just love sharing the things I love with others!

Sophia’s Questions

#1: What’s your favorite color and why?

I love light blue! It’s just so calming. I also like most pastel colors too!

#2: What’s your Hogwarts house (if you know)?

I’ve never read or watched it, so I don’t know.

#3: What’s your favorite book and why?

I have so many! But my favorite may be “The Hunger Games” by Suzanne Collins or “An Ember in the Ashes” by Sabaa Tahir. They both have such good characters and they are great stories. (They are also both very sad!!!) I also like “Lovely war” by Julie Berry, which is historical fiction.

#4: How would you spend the last day of your life?

If I knew I only had one more day to live, I would probably want to spend it with family and friends. I would want them to all know how much I loved them.

#5: Favorite singer and one of their best songs (in your opinion)?

I listen to a lot of Taylor Swift. One of my favorite songs of hers is Enchanted, but I also like The Best Day!

#6: Your opinion on aesthetics?

I like making aesthetics and looking at other people’s! I especially like book ones or bedroom aesthetics!

#7: What do you think about true love?

I think that true love is real. 💖

#8: Favorite season of the year?

I love summer because I love swimming, and hate running in the cold weather, but I’m still ready for the nice autumn weather! 🍂

#9: Favorite candy/sweet?

I like most chocolate candy bars, especially heath bars!

#10: Favorite holiday and why?

Just like Lydia, I love Christmas! I love getting up early and the tree is so pretty. It would be even better if it snowed here, but even without snow, it’s so magical! 🎄❄️

#11: What’s something about you that you think is interesting?

I think that crocheting is interesting. Not many kids or teenagers like to crochet, so when I’m crocheting out in public, people always comment on it!

Lydia’s Questions

1 . What do you want to do when you grow up?

I want to be a nurse, and probably get married and have kids.

2 . Favorite movie?

That’s hard! I love the Hunger Games series, but I also like I’m Not Ashamed.

3 . Favorite school subject?

I like English because I love writing, but I also like math!

4 . Favorite book genre?

Nooooooo! I don’t know if I can choose! I love a lot of genres (contemporary, fantasy, dystopian, historical fiction)!!! But maybe I’d choose contemporary if I have to pick one.

5 . What book do you think would make a good movie?

I think that the Ember in the Ashes series would make such good movies! I can just picture all the scenes, and it’s one of my favorite books!

6 . What’s an underrated book you think everyone should read?

I think that there are a lot, but probably the Ruta Sepetys books (Salt to the Sea, and Between Shades of Grey). I never really hear about them and they have such amazing stories. They are both set during WW2, and they are both about events not many people know of. I also think that Salt to the Sea would make an amazing movie.

7 . What’s a popular book that you did not like? (If you have one)

I don’t really think there are any. Maybe I’d say the Divergent or Twilight series, though I didn’t hate any of them. I just didn’t really like them much.

8 . If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

It would be very nice to travel to Paris or Italy!

9 . Cats or dogs?

I love both cats and dogs! There isn’t a specific one I like more. I do have a cat though.

10 . Favorite hobby?

I love crocheting, but also reading and writing…I can’t choose! 😅

11 . If you could change one thing in your country, what would you change?

Maybe elect better leaders and people in the government.

Tell me something about this world that you admire.

I think that nature is something that’s very admirable. I especially love the flowers blooming in the spring. There’s something about that that’s just so nice. Also the trees changing color in the fall! ❤

What is your favorite form of creativity?

I like writing a lot. You can inspire so many people through words. So, I would have to say stories and poems. I also love music. Music is just so beautiful. There are different types of music for different moods you have, and you can look into the words of the song and find the meaning.

Share something you created.

As you probably know, if you’ve been following this blog for a while or just read it a bit, you probably know that I love to crochet! It’s one of my hobbies. It’s just so stress relieving, and a helpful skill to know when making people gifts! Here are a few things I’ve made!

Favorite color and why.

I love blue. I like it because it’s kind of calming and it calls to mind a feeling of peacefulness. My favorite shade of blue is a light baby blue/pastel blue.

A book you would recommend to a friend.

I have so many! But if I had to choose only one book to recommend to them I’d have to choose some of Kasey West’s books. I like so many other books, but they might not be right for everyone. But Kasey West’s books are light, sweet, contemporary books that almost anyone would like!

What is your Hogwarts house? (if you know)

I’ve never read or watched Harry Potter, so I don’t know.

Why did you start your blog?

I started my blog to help people learn to crochet, provide my opinion on books I read, and to provide just some fun and entertaining posts for you to read. I hope you like my blog!
