It’s not, but I realized that it does look very similar!! It’s Finnick from The Hunger Games series. Good guess, though!!

I got them all! I have read all of these books though, so I guess I was kind of at a disadvantage. Number five was kind of hard, but I did end up getting it. Here’s a character for any one to guess: 👨👑🗡️❤️🧝🏻♀️➡️🤴
